Quick answers to our most common questions
How long will shipping take?
We pack and dispatch every order from Delhi within 1 business day. Our courier partners then deliver across India in 5–7 business days: North India 3–5, South and West India 5–7, North East 5–8. Every order is tracked from our facility to your door.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
Right after checkout you'll receive an order confirmation by email with your order ID. We send a tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Can't find your confirmation? Check your spam folder, or write to us at casecartcare@gmail.com with the name and phone number used on the order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't been dispatched. Email casecartcare@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order ID and the new address, and we'll update it for you. Once a parcel has been dispatched we can't change the address, but we'll do our best to help with the courier.
