We accept claims only for items that arrive damaged. Report it within 3 days of delivery with a continuous unboxing video, by emailing casecartcare@gmail.com with your order ID.

Approved claims get a replacement of the damaged item, or CaseCart store credit if a replacement isn't available. Cash refunds are not offered for damage claims, and if a replacement has already been sent you cannot also receive a cash refund or store credit for the same item. We don't offer returns or exchanges for any other reason.
